Just for Fun : Bulgarian/Eastern European punk rock.

Punk Music in Communist Bulgaria was hardly an easy route for a youngster to go down in the late 70s+. Any form of music that was aggressive, angry, disruptive, chaotic was banned in Bulgaria, giving the youth a harder time to connect with emerging youth cultures, bands and what not that were gaining popularity elsewhere. Those Bulgarians close to the Serbian border luckily benefited from the possibility of tapping into the punk rock music on Yugoslav radio, where the music/government situation was a little more free.
