I am writing my thesis, but being constantly distracted by the fact my records are being released... lovely Nick from NoSound has made them and put all his hard work into getting them ready for March 15th.

Records will be selling...in the states, in the Wall of Sound Record Shop in Seattle and the Stormy Weather Record Shop in Michigan. So beautiful I might cry. I am jealous that the music i try to make gets to inhabit these amazing places before I physically can. Boo to London.

To sum up the past few months..
I had a go at making a website... www.barbaraelting.com for all things art/music related. Will do for now..
I am having a go at writing my dissertation on ....wait.....drumroll....
...sound and technology (or as i prefer to say...electroacoustical transmissions and the mystical talking curtain.)
word count.. 3,500.
hmmm about 4,000 to go.

I keep on finding film rolls that are very old... ranging from 5-18 years old. I developed a couple recently. Weird blasts from the pasts.
